Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to the most common questions about our materials, print capabilities, and fulfillment process.
What file formats do you accept for custom orders?
We accept standard 3D formats like .STL and .OBJ. Please make sure your files are correctly scaled before sending them for a quote.
What is your maximum print size?
The maximum dimensions for our printers are 256mm x 256mm. If your model exceeds this limit, we can discuss scaling it down or splitting it into multiple parts.
How long does shipping take?
Because we are a small student-run business with two printers, orders take a bit of time to process. With shipping, prints typically arrive 4-6 days after purchase.
What materials do you print with?
We primarily print in standard PLA for models and home decor, and durable PETG for functional parts and toys that need more strength.
Can you print in multiple colors?
Yes! Our Bambu Lab P1S Combo allows for multi-color printing. Please specify your color preferences when requesting a custom quote.
Do you design 3D models?
Currently, we focus exclusively on the manufacturing side. You must provide the .STL or .OBJ file for custom prints.
What happens if my print breaks during shipping?
We pack every order securely with heavy padding, but accidents can happen. If your print arrives broken, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement.
How is pricing calculated for custom prints?
Pricing is based on the material weight (grams), print time, and the complexity of the supports needed. We will give you an exact price during the quote process.
