Order Rules & Guidelines
- Supported Formats: We currently accept standard 3D formats like .STL and .OBJ. Please make sure your files are correctly scaled.
- Copyright & Licensing: You must own the rights to the models you submit, or they must be available under a license that permits commercial 3D printing services.
- Payment: Once your quote is approved, we will instruct you to purchase a "Custom Print" listing from our collection to initiate the printing process.
- Printability Review: We will review your submitted model for printability. If modifications or supports are needed, we will notify you before proceeding.
- Weight Limitations: Prints cannot exceed 200g in weight. If your model exceeds this limit, we will contact you to discuss hollow printing or scaling it down.
- Size Limitations: The maximum dimensions for our printers are 256mm x 256mm. Prints cannot exceed this physical size limit. If your model exceeds this limit, we will contact you to discuss scaling it down or splitting it into multiple parts.
- Lead Times & Delivery: Orders may not be done that quickly because we are a small business, have only two printers, and are still in school. With shipping, prints probably won't arrive for 4-6 days after purchase.
